Three services, each with a fixed price

You can stop after any one of them. Everything runs inside your own Microsoft or Amazon account in Sydney, and your lawyers keep saving files the way they do now.

2. File cleanup. Two to four weeks.

We scan paper files so they are searchable, fix inconsistent file names, remove duplicate precedents and pull matter numbers out of the documents themselves. Every file ends up tagged with its client, matter, type, date and who may see it. Priced on volume, quoted after the audit.

3. Matter search pilot. Six weeks.

One practice group gets a single search across matters, precedents and email. Answers link to the source document. Staff only see matters they can already open. A lawyer approves anything before it is filed. We test it on 50 of your real questions before anyone relies on it. Ongoing support afterwards is monthly and covers permission reviews, monthly accuracy checks and new matter types.

What we do not do: give legal advice, build client-facing chatbots, or take on open-ended transformation projects. If your firm has fewer than ten staff or no practice management system, we will tell you on the call and suggest something cheaper.
