Before a pilot processes customer documents, we agree where information is stored and processed, who may access it and how copies are retained or deleted. The selected deployment must be assessed as a whole.
The pilot uses approved exports or authorised read-only connections. It does not rename, move, delete or write back to source records. A separate index contains copied information and needs its own access and retention controls.
Australian-hosted and local deployment options are assessed against the pilot’s requirements. We confirm storage, model processing, backups, logs and provider terms before customer documents are processed. Australian storage alone does not establish where all processing occurs.
Access rules are agreed and tested before pilot users receive access. Model training and retention terms are checked for the selected services. Results remain subject to professional review, and the pilot does not file documents or send communications.
You stay responsible for what your lawyers rely on. The system supports your confidentiality obligations. It does not take them over.
